If you have had dinner at our house, there is a good chance we made ribs!!
Now I don’t usually eat ribs, but if Jules is making them you bet I will eat them! I always joke with my mom and dad about how they never taught me how to cook… But seriously how did I miss that boat??? I give Jules all the credit for the little knowledge of cooking that I do have. As far as red meat goes, he is in charge of cooking that! Now we usually cook these ribs on the BBQ, but since our move from Washington, we still haven’t bought a new BBQ. They are still just as delicious in the oven. I promise!
Ingredients
Baby Back Ribs
Worcestershire Sauce
Lemon Juice
Soy Sauce
Black Pepper
Garlic Powder
Lemon & Pepper Seasoning
Seasoning Salt
Mustard Powder
Italian Seasoning
Instructions
1. Preheat the oven to 300*
2. Place rack of ribs on a baking sheet
3. Start with the wet ingredients (Worcestershire Sauce, Lemon Juice, and Soy Sauce) and coat each side of the ribs
4. Cover both sides of the ribs with the rest of the seasonings in no particular order
5. Let them marinade for at least 1 hour
6. Place in the oven and bake for 1.5-2 hours
7. Once the ribs are cooked all the way through take them out and let them sit (BEFORE YOU CUT INTO THEM) for about 15 minutes
8. Cut them up, plate, and ENJOY!!!
