Friday night and we weren’t feeling like cooking so we threw together this yummy dish! We recently jumped on the spiralizer train, and love it! Who even needs real noodles anyway!? So here it is super simple!
Add butter, about 1/4 cup, 1 tsp minced garlic, and a couple cups of sliced mushrooms to a large skillet. Add shrimp and Sautee until shrimp is cooked!
We like to have Prego tomato sauce on hand from Costco (we do about half the Costco size jar), but you could use any tomato sauce you have or like. Add tomato sauce, enough to cover the shrimp and mushrooms. Mix well and wait for the sauce to come to a boil. Add the zoodles and let simmer for a couple minutes, or until the zoodles are cooked. We like our zoodles a little more firm!
That’s it! Serve and top with Parmesan Cheese and ENJOY!!
