Alright, let’s just jump right in! Let’s start at the beginning. Back in January I think it was, Jocelyn jumped into my dm’s. I started following her and realized I love her account and loved her. She asked me if I wanted to join her Faster Way To Fat Loss team. At the time I was in the middle of moving and going through some personal life stuff so I said no thank you. Then she reached out again maybe in February… I said no again, but this time I really started thinking. Then come March and all the craziness that life is now, she reached out again, and I said YES!!
I was ready!
Basically I got to the point where I was ready for the accountability and guidance. Sure I always thought I had a pretty good grasp on nutrition and working out. I didn’t do it regularly, but I could get up and start at any given time, right. WRONG!
There was so much I needed to learn!
I was kind of nervous for the first week. Week O N E is simply designed to help you get all set up for the next five weeks. Your coach helps you with everything so you don’t feel lost. If you have questions ask! You get to be a part of an accountability group on Facebook, and that’s one of my favorite parts! You get to connect with the other people on your team and support and encourage each other! Your coach helps your set up all your numbers and macros so you are eating enough for the entirety of the program.
Then the fun part starts! What I love about the program is it helped me learn exactly what I was putting into my body. I love that I can look at a food label and know if it fits into my day or not. This program does not discriminate against food, and I like that.
Intermittent Fasting. This has become more and more common. Do you fast? This is another favorite part of the program. Starting my day with fasting sets me up for the rest of my day. I am able to plan out my meals for the day and start fresh instead of completely full and bloated!
I have had some people say intermittent fasting doesn’t work for them. More chances than not, you aren’t filling your day with the proper foods and macros to get you through your fast. Faster Way To Fat Loss will prepare you and set you up for success in this!
Workouts! This is my weak point. This is what I still need to work on every single day. Faster Way To Fat Loss guides you through the entire process. You have complete access to the easy to use App the second you sign up! I love that the app offers different levels of working out, because we are not all on the same level. They offer at home workouts, which is beneficial to every single one of us right now, since the gyms are closed. Each workout correlates with that days macros to you are targeting the loss of fat in your body! YES PLEASE!
Okay I think I have pretty much highlighted the main points of the program. So lets get to my results for the full 6 weeks. Disclaimer: I had treats. I enjoyed cocktails, I didn’t not do every single workout. With that being said, I am still so proud of myself and what I accomplished in my first round!!
I lost 10 lbs total. I lost 10 inches overall.
At first it was hard for me to see my before and afters. I’m not saying this to get any compliments, but to just be honest. I still have a ton of work to do, and as long as I keep moving forward, that’s what counts!
I CANNOT WAIT to start round 2! There are so many things I can’t wait to change and improve! For one I’m going to focus on completing every single on of the offered workouts! I’m going to cut back on cocktails, haha oops, and focus on my eating window!
I am so excited for the next six weeks and what lies ahead!
