I turned 34 about a week ago. It made me stop and really think about the year before, the year ahead, and what I wanted that to look like. It really made me look at what I have accomplished in the past 3 months! I said it at the beginning of this year. This is the year I’m going to really dig deep, make those changes, and show up.
Faster Way To Fat Loss has been the perfect catapult into this journey. I have told countless people in conversation about how amazing FWTFL has been for me. If you follow me over on IG I’m sure you have seen the conversations happening over there too! It crazy that for me it took this long to really feel the changes of fueling my body and mind RIGHT!
It has been so cool to see the habits I have been able to break. The routines I have shifted. I mentioned last month how I have always been an emotional eater, not anymore. I can truly say that ship has sailed!! It feels good. If you think about it, when I emotionally eat, it’s really just fueling the fire, in the wrong way, and ultimately bringing me further down into my dark mental hole. Seems silly when I say it out loud.
Another habit FWTFL has helped me with, and I’m sure this one sounds familiar, I’ll wait until Monday… I’m sure we have all said it before. You get back from a vacation where you indulged and made memories (which I highly recommend), just to wait until Monday to start fresh. Not anymore. I love that I can and want to jump right back on track. It helps kick that post vacation slump + I really don’t even feel like I “fell off the wagon”.
Maybe the biggest change I have seen is my relationship with food. Food is no longer a reward or disciplinary. Even though, looking back, it really didn’t seem like that big of a deal, I was treating food like my entertainment. Then if I over did it, I was using food as a lesson to be learned. It really wasn’t the healthiest version of me.
FWTFL has really helped me see food as way to fuel my body and mind. A way to create better habits, and ultimately see results from those decisions. I truly has become a lifestyle for me and I am so excited to be feeling my best.

A new 6 week round starts April 1st, and I think that sounds like an amazing day to start your journey to a better you! 6 weeks from the 1st puts you at May 12th. Summer is right around the corner and I know I am so excited to enjoy my summer and all the memories we will be making. Setting myself up now sounds like a pretty great idea!! What do you think??
